it deserves its 3 stars. we loved location and rooms and unbeatable prices. rose garden mezze, where you can eat, is walking distance to the hotel.

it was a bonus for us to stay within 15 minutes' walk from topkapi palace. we liked everything at sefa including rooms and location.

Couldn't find any faults at all.
